Recruiters are responsible for Beyond Home Care’s hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and customer service focused. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. All members of the Human Resources team are expected to foster a culture rich in positive employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization.

- Responsible for working collaboratively with the management team to attract, screen, interview and hire quality candidates.
- Develops and implements proactive recruitment and retention strategies to ensure maintenance of staffing levels needed to provide high quality care/customer service.
- Works with departments to understand hiring needs and talent forecasting.
- Develops candidate sourcing on regional and local levels.
- Attends and organizes career fairs as needed.
- Provides counseling on career progression, work policy, or related issues to directors/managers and to current and prospective employees.
- Participates in HR and organizational projects.
- Demonstrates commitment to providing a professional HR environment that supports the organizational strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in Recruiting is preferred
- Experience in home care either as an aide or admin
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- High energy, positive attitude individual who can get other excited about working for BHC
